The location of the hotel was also convenient, situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation. We appreciated the fact that we could park our car for free in the hotel's parking area and the hotel offered complimentary WiFi.

In one instance, we encountered a room with a bad smell, but it was promptly exchanged for another one. However, the second room had bugs in the bedsheets, which was unpleasant.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the decorations in the lobby and dining area. Appreciated the hot cocoa and biscuits offered in the lobby each evening. the breakfast was decent and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. It was also nice that the hotel was located near a mall and movie theatre, so we could easily catch a movie after dinner.

The room we were given was dark and stuffy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite opening the window, we were still unable to get any fresh air.
